Remote Sales Package.

Offering introductory packages to ensure that we are a good fit for your property + brand. Our “starter package” can be locked in with a 3-month commitment. Packages begin at $1,000 per month (introductory rate for 3 months) and include the following:

  • Experienced sales manager for your property

  • Dedicated phone line for your property

  • Weekly + monthly reports

  • Participate in revenue calls

  • Achieve sales call goals set by ownership

  • Negotiate corporate rates

  • Responsible for group blocks of 10 or more

Supplemental Remote Sales Package.

From pre-opening to properties with a long track record, with or without a DOS, we have proven practices to grow revenue. Every hotel is different, we can customize a package to fit your needs, our sales support service will include:

  • Divide sales responsibilities between on-property Sales Manager/Sales Coordinator and Scarlet Boom

  • Respond to RFP’s as assigned by property

  • Work with various segments as assigned by ownership/GM to assist with overall hotel sales efforts

  • Participate in weekly/bi-weekly revenue calls

  • Coordinate site tours with Sales Coordinator/Manager

Social Media Sales Package.

Our full-service social media management package will transform your platform networking presence including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest + LinkedIn with high-quality content, daily activity, monitoring-engagement and increased followers. Our clients are able to reach their target audience online resulting in an increase in brand awareness, word-of-mouth buzz and sales.
